Our Plant-Based Cooking Courses

Looking to explore plant-based cooking with joy, creativity, and professional-level skills? Whether you’re a passionate home cook, considering a career change, or building a project in the food industry, our hands-on courses are designed to give you a solid foundation, professional techniques… and plenty of inspiration.

We offer three complementary formats — take one or combine them for a deeper dive:
1. A 3-Day Vegan Immersive Cooking Course: Learn to create balanced, flavorful dishes that appeal to everyone.
2. A 3-Day Vegan Immersive Bread & Pastry Course: Master the essentials of vegan baking, from breads to desserts.
3. A Comprehensive 6-Day Immersive Plant-Based Cuisine, Bread & Pastry Course: Combine both modules for full immersion — savory and sweet, from scratch to service.

All courses take place in Strasbourg France, in small group settings. You’ll leave with practical skills, repeatable recipes, and one-year access to our online platform to keep learning at your own pace.

6 Day Comprehensive Training: Cooking + Bread & Pastry

Tuesday to Thursday, 10am–5pm |

A complete immersion into the plant-based world — covering savory, sweet, baking, and more — to help you craft healthy, flavorful, and inspiring meals you’ll love to recreate.

You’ll learn how to:

3 Day Course: Plant-Based Bread & Pastry

21 hours – Tuesday to Thursday, 10am–5pm

A deliciously hands-on course to master plant-based baking — no eggs or dairy, but all the indulgence.

You’ll learn how to:
• ✔️ Make and maintain a natural levain / sourdough starter
• ✔️ Bake breads, brioches, focaccias, and pastries
• ✔️ Create cookies, tarts, cakes, macarons, petits fours, and more
• ✔️ Work with textures, structures, and finishes using plant-based alternatives
• ✔️ Replace eggs, gelatin, and butter — with no compromise on taste or consistency
