| the Plant-Based Cuisine Workshops | the Plant-Based Cuisine Course & the Plant-Based Bread & Pastry Course
| The Plant-Based Cuisine Workshops are 3 and a half hours. The Plant-Based Cuisine, Bread & Pastry Course takes place during 3 or 6 consecutive days and is 7 hours per day.
| All classes take place at our school in the Robertsau / European Quarter, 40 Rue Boecklin, 67000 Strasbourg (CTS Tram line E, Boecklin station), France.
| Please reserve your spot asap because space is limited to 12 participants to each workshop. The Plant-Based Cuisine, Bread Making and Pastry course is limited to 6 students per session.

How our workshops and courses work:
Our workshops and courses are practical, depending on the recipes you will work alone, in pairs or in a team to make the dishes on the menu.
They are aimed at everyone, whether you are a passionate amateur, a beginner in the kitchen or a food entrepreneur who wants to train in the plant based field…
Each class ends with a friendly moment of tasting the prepared food and with the drink of the day. You can bring home everything that has not been consumed on site (in order to reduce the use of disposable packaging, remember to bring your own airtight containers).
As the sessions progress, you will have acquired solid knowledge, techniques and will be more and more comfortable in the kitchen to organize and make all these ultra delicious dishes!
Bonus: find most of the recipes made in class on video on the Vegan Foodie Project online course platform. (Exclusive access reserved for full program participants only).
